Duijndam Works

Saving time and money through smart business?

Duijndam Works arranges for you the recruitment, the selection and the payment of flexible and permanent staff! In these economically challenging times and changing legislation, the adoption of flex workers can abolish much uncertainty.

Duijndam Works is a renowned temporary employment agency that has been establishing its name in the temporary employment sector for more than 18 years and it is still growing.

We work for different clients in various industries, including: horticulture, fruit and vegetables, flowers and plants, export, transport and logistics, industry, production, technology, construction, administration, commerce and the gas station branch. We also have a department which gives you advice on the Participation Act and mediates candidates with a distance to the job market.

Duijndam Works has several offices which are located in the regions Westland, The Hague and Rijnmond and operates nationwide. The offices work very closely together. During the selection, in addition to qualifications, work experience and references, we also look at the person behind the temporary employee. Only when we are just as enthusiastic about someone’s qualities as the candidate is about the job, we make an appointment with you. We also have branches in Poland. Thanks to the large availability of experienced, motivated and flexible temporary workers from Eastern Europe, we can provide candidates who strengthen your team.

These are the main core values of Duijndam Works:

• Direct: we are an open and transparent organization;
• Involved: we actively think along with our customers and give appropriate advice;
• Professional: we employ qualified and experienced employees;
• Reliable: we meet our agreements;
• Caring: we keep active contact with clients and temporary employees;

We believe that a successful company attracts motivated and committed people. We would be happy to work together with you!
