HortiHeroes provides action-oriented development programs and masterclasses for professionals from the Food & Flower industry, ranging from one-day masterclasses to training programs lasting several months that you can participate in whilst continuing to work. Intrapreneurship Program (1 year)

What does the program involve?
The Intrapreneurship Program teaches you how to develop new products and services to ensure the future business model of the organization. It is externally focused, involving the development of new solutions for existing customers or offerings for new customers.
You will acquire startup tools, skills, and mindset and apply them in your startup project. Subsequently, these skills will be utilized for innovation within their respective companies. Key skills such as influencing, convincing, and change management are central to the program. Company visits, field trips, and collaboration with peers, mentors, and experienced entrepreneurs will contribute to participants’ innovative strength and that of the organization they work for.
The outcome
- You will gain the tools and methods necessary to realize successful new products and services for their companies.
- You will learn how and when to engage the right people to make their ideas successful.
- You will establish an inspiring, lifelong network of like-minded individuals with whom they can exchange knowledge and experience.
- You will successfully bring a new product or service to life!
Investment:
The cost of the programme is €9,995, but partners of HortiHeroes will receive a 25% discount.
This cost covers:
- A 3-day bootcamp including accommodation and related costs.
- All training days (20+) including possible lunches, drinks, and dinners.
- 3 online meetings.
- Inspiration sessions involving participants, managers, and other relevant parties.
- Personal coaching.
- Activities with the HortiHeroes Community, which may include field trips to innovation hubs.
- Programme materials.
The programme requires a time commitment of 8 to 12 hours per week during phase 1 (months 1 to 3), consisting of 4 hours of your own time and 6 hours per month in phase 2 (months 4 to 12).

ChangeMakers Program (8 months)
To bring about change or improve your company, it is crucial to gain the support of your colleagues. Over the course of eight months, in the ChangeMakers Program, you will discover how your organization can increase productivity while reducing resources. This involves evaluating internal processes intelligently and finding solutions that benefit all parties involved.
Who is it for?
The HortiHeroes ChangeMakers Programme is designed for professionals, including young professionals, working in the Food & Flower industry with a minimum of 3 years of work experience. This program is for individuals who are highly motivated to enhance efficiency and enjoyment within their company and are consistently seeking opportunities to improve and optimize processes.
What does the program involve?
Throughout the 8-month duration, participants will learn how to effectively execute change and improvement processes or projects within their organizations. This involves smartly evaluating internal processes and devising solutions that satisfy all stakeholders. During the initial 3 months of the program, participants will collaborate in teams to address a real problem faced by a company in the sector. Subsequently, they will focus on their internal improvement project for 5 months.
The outcome
- Upon completion of the program, participants will have:
- Acquired the tools and methods necessary for successful internal change and improvement processes.
- Gained the knowledge of when and how to engage the right individuals in projects and win their support.
- Developed a valuable network of like-minded individuals with whom they can exchange knowledge and experiences.
- Successfully implemented an internal improvement project!

The investment in the programme is €4,995 (HortiHeroes partners receive a 25% discount).
This includes:
- 2-day bootcamp incl. accommodation and accommodation costs.
- 10 half-day training sessions, including lunches and drinks.
- 3 online meetings.

The programme takes an average of 4 hours per week in Phase 1 (months 1 to 3) and an average of 6 hours per month in Phase 2 (months 4 to 8).
