At World Horti Center, we process your personal data because you are making use of our services and/or because you have provided this data to us directly. Your personal data may be processed by our three partners, MBO Westland, Vertify and WHC Expo BV, if you have provided your data in relation to activities at World Horti Center in which these partners participate.
World Horti Center will never sell or supply your data to third parties. We make use of services provided by self-employed parties, who will only process personal data subject to the conclusion of a data processing agreement.

Cookies from LeadFeeder
In order to better serve our target group, it is necessary for us to know which companies use our website and our services. We use the LeadFeeder platform to gain insight into this. This platform identifies IP addresses and attaches a company name to this, thus retaining the anonymity of individuals. We generate reports within LeadFeeder, in which the following data are stored:

- Country in which the company is established

Data relating to the organization of events

Participation in events organized by World Horti Center
If you wish to participate in our own events you will need to complete a registration form first. The data requested via the registration form varies from event to event. We save the data you entered for our visitor statistics.
Participation in external events hosted but not organized by World Horti Center
World Horti Center provides hosting services for events organized by third parties. The registration form for such an event can be provided by us or by the party organizing the event. Again, the data requested from you will depend on the event. If the registration form is on a website under our management, we will provide the organizing party with your data.
